I’m mom of 4 cuties. I did the #100fitdays challenge on Instagram just to take some time to focus on myself during all the stress of working, being a mom and holidays etc. It turned out to be such a great experience for me! It was so awesome to not only make time for my health but to see how a little bit every day makes such a difference. I always thought you had to go to the gym for an hour at least 3 days a week and crush cardio. Now I’d say I work out at home 90% of the time because it fits my schedule and the other times I meet girlfriends for a pilates or spin class. My at home work outs are primarily from Pinterest. It’s been fun to do something different every day and I’ve seen awesome results because of it. I feel so strong!
Mama’s Daily Fit was started to inspire others & stay accountable. I’m the farthest thing from a fitness trainer! I’m more the quirky mom who has found a love for everyday fitness. I spend anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour to feel great every day! My main motto is whether you go hard core, plank with your kids crawling under you or go for a walk to enjoy the day, IT COUNTS. It’s just super important to make time for yourself and your health every day.
